Join-a-School

RunFit Join-a-School program is ideal for corporate partners who want to support youth fitness and combat childhood obesity. Your support will create health and well-being among the city’s youth and help to prevent the growing epidemics of obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses.

Partnership Details

An annual gift of $2,500 provides the following for your partner school:

• The opportunity for students in the school to develop a daily exercise habit, resulting in greater physical fitness and academic achievement
• Medals, T-Shirts and other incentive items throughout the year as milestones are achieved
• The opportunity for you school/team to participate in a RunFit community event at no charge
• Training for on-site staff
• Ongoing support from our office and field staff

In return, we offer our Corporate Partners the following:

• Prominent display of your company's name and logo on our RunFit website and on our promotional materials
• Invitations to signature youth programs events throughout the school year
• Invitations to signature youth programs events throughout the school year
• Invitations to an awards assembly at your school to allow you to interact with program participants who directly benefit from your support

An annual gift of $5,000 funds multiple schools.

Your corporation will receive the benefits mentioned above and also:

• Prominent display of your company's logo on the RunFit web site
• 10 RunFit Event Cards to allow members of your business to participate at no charge in our RunFit events during the calendar year.

Your participation and support allows us to provide free running programs to children who would most likely otherwise have no access to regular physical activity. Our program currently serves nearly 2,500 children in more than 25 schools and we hope to increase in size year after year.
